See the engine running

Most dashboards get shown as a screenshot in a deck. This one you can click. It is a full revenue command centre with nine linked views, the kind we build and then run, and every number in it is synthetic, so nothing is hidden behind a redaction box. Filter it, sort it, open a deal, open a campaign, and break something on purpose.

revenue command centre · overview
The revenue command centre overview: weighted forecast, quarter to target, six metric tiles, a pipeline created against closed chart and open pipeline by stage.

What is inside

  • 01Overview. Weighted forecast, quarter to target, coverage, and the deals that need attention today.
  • 02Pipeline. Every open opportunity, its qualification gates, its activity and the campaign that created it.
  • 03Forecast. Commit, best case and weighted read against the same target, with stage conversion behind them.
  • 04Campaigns. Spend, response and the pipeline that followed, down to ad sets and sequence steps.
  • 05Channels. Six channels carried all the way through to closed revenue, with a conversion matrix.
  • 06Source detail. Grouped by utm_source, medium, campaign or content, and first touch set against last touch.
  • 07Outbound agent. A live activity feed, the guardrails it works inside, and its signal radar.
  • 08Accounts. Fit against engagement, buying group coverage, and the pipeline sitting behind a thin group.
  • 09System health. The eight checks feeding all of it, with an outage drill you can set off yourself.

On the data. Every figure in the demo comes from a seeded generator. Company names are assembled from two invented word lists, the people are drawn from invented name pools, and no client record of any kind was used to build it. Any resemblance to a real organisation is coincidental.
