Revenue Automation · Stage 04 · Free

Which few numbers actually tell you whether your Onboard stage is working?

Measure four things: time-to-value (days from signing to first real win), activation rate (the share of new customers who reach that win), onboarding-period churn (customers lost in the first ninety days), and a simple health score.
