Revenue Automation · Stage 04 · Free

How do you make sure a new customer gets a real win in the first thirty days?

Decide in advance what the first real win is, meaning one outcome the customer will actually value, then design the thirty days backwards from it. Strip setup to the minimum needed to reach that win, sequence the steps, and set a specific date. A first win is a result the customer cares about, not a completed configuration.
