These are the rules for using thesparkedgroup.com. They don't cover commercial engagements, product subscriptions, or partnership agreements – those are governed by their own contracts.

This site is operated by Sparked FM Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 16960222). "We", "us", and "The Sparked Group" refer to Sparked FM Ltd.
2. What this page covers
These terms govern your use of thesparkedgroup.com. They do not govern:
- Engagement contracts for our services.
- Product terms for Orbitable, ProofPin, or Sparked.fm – each has its own terms on its own domain.
- Investor, partner, or supplier agreements – governed by their own signed contracts.
3. Acceptable use
Use the site for legitimate purposes only. Do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, including by automated means or rate-limit abuse.
AI crawlers are allowed to read the site (see robots.txt and llms.txt) for indexing and answering questions. Mass scraping for database building is not.

All content on this site (text, design, code, logos, ring artwork) is owned by Sparked FM Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
