Cookies notice

This site is deliberately light on cookies. Analytics cookies stay off until you say yes, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't sell your behaviour to anyone.

The short version

When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy for us to use analytics cookies. No analytics cookie is set until you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, none are set. You can change your mind at any time using the button at the bottom of this page.

Strictly necessary

• sg_consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we don't ask on every page. It lasts six months and stores nothing else.
• sg_chat (session storage, not a cookie): only if you use the chat assistant. It keeps the conversation on screen as you move between pages and is cleared when you close the tab.

The site may also set short-lived cookies if you log in, open a gated page or submit a form, purely so that interaction works. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under UK PECR.

Analytics cookies (only if you accept)

If you accept, we use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used and how people find it through search and AI search. We don't use them for advertising and we don't combine them with any marketing profile.

• Google Analytics (Google): sets _ga, which tells visitors apart, and _ga_1486RE1N0J, which keeps track of your session. Both last up to two years.
• Searchable: sets _sa_id, a random identifier that lets return visits be recognised, for up to two years. It may also use local and session storage to measure sessions.

If you accept and later reject, analytics stops and we delete the analytics cookies this site can reach. You can also clear them with your browser controls (see below).

Before you choose, or if you reject

We use Google's consent mode. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode: it sets no cookies, cannot recognise you between pages or visits, and sends only basic signals such as the page viewed, the time and your browser type. Google uses these to estimate overall traffic. Searchable's browser script is not loaded at all.

Separately, our server may send basic request details (the page requested, the referrer, your browser type and an anonymised IP address) to Searchable, so we can see how search engines and AI assistants reach the site. This stores nothing in your browser.

We also use Lead Forensics (Lead Forensics Ltd) on every visit. It matches the IP address your visit comes from to a business, so we can see which organisations visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify you as an individual.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts: we load our typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com. Google logs the request (IP address, browser type). No cookie is set on this site.
• Resend: only used when you submit a form. No cookie is set on this site.
• Anthropic: only used when you send a message in the chat assistant. No cookie is set on this site.
• Our products (Orbitable, ProofPin and HoopoeHQ) live on separate domains and have their own cookie notices.
