We try to keep this short and human. If anything below is unclear, ask us. We will answer in plain English.

1. Who we are
This site is operated by Sparked FM Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (No. 16960222), trading as The Sparked Group. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
2. What we collect
- Contact form data: the name, email, and message you submit so we can reply.
- Solution applications: the product name, URL, and description you submit if you apply to be listed.
- Server logs: standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies: only what's strictly necessary to run the site. See our Cookies notice.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or application (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR – performance of a contract / pre-contract steps).
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interests).
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
- Email delivery: Resend (resend.com), for transactional email.
- Hosting and database: Replit (replit.com) and Neon (neon.tech).
- Analytics: none currently. If that changes, this page will update.
Our processors are bound by data processing agreements. Some may transfer data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
Contact messages and applications are kept while we're in active conversation with you, plus a reasonable retention period (typically up to 24 months) for follow-up. After that, they are deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your data (where we have no overriding reason to keep it).
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Port your data to another provider.
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16. If a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this notice
We'll update this page if our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
