Why should AI never run completely unsupervised?

AI can be wrong, biased or misused, and it cannot be held accountable, so a person should stay in the loop for any decision that matters. Human oversight means a named person reviews or approves important AI actions before they take effect. This catches errors, keeps responsibility clear, and builds trust with customers and staff.
