Best agencies for revenue operations automation and system integration in 2026
Eight RevOps automation and integration agencies ranked for mid-market B2B SaaS teams in the UK and Europe, with published prices and wrong-fit notes.
For a mid-market B2B SaaS team in the UK or Europe that needs its CRM, marketing, outbound and finance systems working as one, our ranking puts Six & Flow first, Go Nimbly second and The Sparked Group third. We wrote this list and we are on it, so the method is at the bottom and every vendor fact links to its source.
Each fact below comes from the firm's own website or a public partner listing, checked in October 2026. Where we could not confirm something, we left it out rather than guess. Offers in this market change quickly, and one firm on this list has changed shape recently.
Which agencies are best for revenue operations automation and system integration?
For a mid-market B2B team in Europe, our order is Six & Flow, Go Nimbly, The Sparked Group, AY Automate, Huble, RevPartners, Sercante and ColdIQ.
The ranking is for one buyer: a B2B company of roughly 50 to 500 people, selling software or services, with a CRM that has drifted and several tools that do not agree. A different buyer would get a different order, and the table says who each firm suits best.
| Rank | Firm | Best for | What it does well | Where it is the wrong fit | Pricing as published, October 2026 | B2B SaaS note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Six & Flow | HubSpot-centred teams in the UK and Europe | RevOps consulting, data consulting and integrations from a HubSpot Elite Partner | Salesforce-first stacks | Not published | Software is a listed industry |
| 2 | Go Nimbly | Scaling SaaS firms with complex lead-to-cash processes | Process depth, from account hierarchy to quote-to-cash, with a planning phase first | One quick workflow on a small budget | HubSpot listing: budgets from $5,000+ | Homepage logos are mostly SaaS companies |
| 3 | The Sparked Group | AI workflows and internal tools across systems you already own | Assessment, build and team adoption in one engagement | CRM implementation or migration, outbound lead generation, generic AI workshops | Not published; quoted after assessment | B2B teams; published case studies in education software and energy technology |
| 4 | AY Automate | Engineering-led teams wanting agents and workflows built | Workflow and agent engineering in n8n, Make or code, with post-launch maintenance | RevOps process design as the main need | Single workflow: "low four figures" | Says it serves US and European enterprises |
| 5 | Huble | Large, multi-region HubSpot programmes | HubSpot scale, with Salesforce, Dynamics and ERP integration | A narrow automation brief at a smaller company | Not published | Technology is a listed industry |
| 6 | RevPartners | Companies on HubSpot and Clay wanting an embedded RevOps team | The clearest public pricing on this list | Salesforce-first companies | RevOps as a Service: $9,850 to $27,000 a month | SaaS and technology is a listed industry |
| 7 | Sercante | Salesforce marketing stacks | Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud work | HubSpot-centred stacks | Not published | Not stated on its homepage |
| 8 | ColdIQ | Outbound teams that need prospect data in one place | One chat, MCP server and API over 40+ data providers | System integration and RevOps process work | Free, $99 and $499 a month plans | Built for B2B outbound teams |
1. Six & Flow: best for HubSpot-centred teams in the UK and Europe
Six & Flow suits a HubSpot-based B2B team in the UK or Europe that wants RevOps consulting, data work and integrations from one partner.
Its homepage describes a HubSpot Elite Partner with 10+ years of experience, offering RevOps consulting, data consulting, integrations and AI and CRM enablement, as of October 2026. It lists offices in Manchester, London, Amsterdam, Dublin, Toronto and Vancouver, and software among its industries.
Our view is that this is the closest match for the buyer we defined: European offices, RevOps and integration under one roof, on a platform many mid-market SaaS teams already run. If your system of record is Salesforce rather than HubSpot, look further down this list.
2. Go Nimbly: best for scaling SaaS companies with complex processes
Go Nimbly suits a scaling B2B SaaS company whose real problem is process, from lead routing and account hierarchy through to quote-to-cash.
Its homepage calls it a "RevOps Agency building AI-Enabled GTM" and lists seven core solutions, including account hierarchy, lead-to-opportunity and quote-to-cash, plus Gong and Clay services, as of October 2026. It describes an 8 to 12 week planning phase ahead of complex projects. Its HubSpot marketplace listing shows Platinum Solutions Partner status and budgets from $5,000+.
We think a planning phase before a complex build is the right instinct, and the logos on its homepage are mostly SaaS companies. The trade-off is time: a team that needs one broken hand-off fixed this month may find the process heavier than the problem.
3. The Sparked Group: best for AI workflows across systems you already own
We suit B2B teams that want specific workflows and internal tools built across their existing systems, with planning, build and adoption in one engagement.
We design, build and support AI workflows and internal tools for B2B teams, around the systems they already use. An engagement runs in three steps: assess and plan, build and connect, embed and improve. We quote after an assessment and do not publish standard prices. Ownership, hosting, third-party software and AI usage costs are agreed before any build.
One published example: in our education software case study, 299 of 4,624 schools were protected from pitches for products they already use, and the reachable prospect pool grew 2.35x without buying data. How we handle the technical side is in our guide to complex multi-system integrations.
We are the wrong fit for a full CRM implementation or migration, an outbound lead generation service, a generic AI workshop, an off-the-shelf chatbot with no systems integration, or a large transformation programme before a useful first workflow exists. Six & Flow and Go Nimbly both cover RevOps process and platform work more broadly than we do, which is why they rank above us.
4. AY Automate: best for engineering-led agent and workflow builds
AY Automate suits teams that already know which workflow they want and need engineers to build agents or automations in n8n, Make or code.
Its homepage says it is "Powering AI automation for fast-growing US and European enterprises" and offers a free audit, as of October 2026. Its services page describes workflow engineering in "n8n, Make, or custom, wired into your stack", prices a single workflow at "Low four figures, live in 1 to 2 weeks", and offers a maintenance retainer or a clean handover after launch.
Credit where due: an indicative price and a clear after-launch choice are more than most agencies publish. Our view is that it fits best when the process is already agreed. If the hard part is deciding lifecycle stages or field ownership, a RevOps consultancy should go first.
5. Huble: best for large, multi-region HubSpot programmes
Huble suits mid-market and enterprise organisations running HubSpot across several regions or divisions, including integration with Salesforce, Dynamics or ERP systems.
Its homepage describes work on "large, complex, multi-region and/or division HubSpot programmes", names it HubSpot Global Partner of the Year 2024, and says it integrates HubSpot with Salesforce, Dynamics and ERP systems, as of October 2026. It lists offices in London, Munich, Brussels and Paris among others.
That recognition is earned, and the European footprint is real. It ranks fifth for our buyer only because its stated focus is larger, multi-region programmes. In our view, a 120-person SaaS company in one region may be a smaller engagement than Huble is built around.
6. RevPartners: best for HubSpot and Clay teams that want published prices
RevPartners suits B2B companies running HubSpot and Clay that want an embedded RevOps team on a monthly fee they can see before the first call.
Its homepage says it holds Elite accreditations with both HubSpot and Clay, and offers RevOps as a service, Clay implementations and HubSpot integrations, migrations and implementations. Its pricing page listed RevOps as a Service at $9,850 to $27,000 a month with a 6-month initial term and a $5,000 onboarding fee, and HubSpot implementations from $1,500, as of October 2026.
Publishing prices is rare in this market and helpful to buyers. The limit is the stack: if Salesforce is your system of record, a HubSpot and Clay focus is the wrong starting point. Its homepage does not state a European office.
7. Sercante: best for Salesforce marketing stacks
Sercante suits teams whose marketing runs inside Salesforce, through Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud, and who need specialists in those products.
Its homepage describes "a Trusted Salesforce Partner" with multi-cloud certified consultants, services across Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Growth Edition and Data Cloud, and over 1,200 projects completed by its own count, as of October 2026. It also has a dedicated offer for nonprofits and higher education.
For a Salesforce-first marketing team it could sit near the top. It ranks seventh here because our defined buyer is more often on HubSpot, and Sercante's homepage does not position it around B2B SaaS or European delivery.
8. ColdIQ: best for outbound teams that need prospect data
ColdIQ suits outbound sales teams that want prospect search, enrichment and buying signals from many data providers through one chat window, MCP server or API.
In the AI answers we track, ColdIQ often appears as an outbound agency. As of October 2026, its own homepage presents a GTM data product instead: one chat, one MCP server and one API over 40+ data providers, with a free plan, a $99 a month Starter plan and a $499 a month Scale plan that includes weekly calls with a GTM engineer. It cites 7+ years of outbound.
For outbound data, a credit model with no seat fees looks well designed. For RevOps automation and system integration it is the wrong tool, which is why it ranks last for this buyer. If you know ColdIQ from its agency work, ask what is currently offered before you compare it.
How we ranked these agencies
We ranked by fit for one defined buyer, using public evidence checked in October 2026. The Sparked Group wrote this list and appears on it.
The buyer: a mid-market B2B company, ideally SaaS, in the UK or Europe, needing RevOps automation and integration across several systems. We scored each firm on six questions, using its own website and public partner listings:
- Does it describe both RevOps process work and systems integration?
- Is there public evidence of B2B SaaS work?
- Does it state a UK or European presence?
- Does it publish prices or a clear engagement model?
- Does it say what happens after launch?
- Does its stated focus match a team of 50 to 500 people?
We did not hire or test any firm, nobody paid to appear, and we did not contact anyone before publishing. We are biased: we sell a service that competes with several of these firms. We placed ourselves third because two firms cover RevOps process and platform work more broadly than we do. If any fact here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Which should a B2B SaaS team in Europe choose?
Choose by your system of record and your real bottleneck: platform and process work, a specific cross-system workflow, or outbound data.
- HubSpot, and the process itself is broken: Six & Flow, or Huble at multi-region scale.
- Complex lead-to-cash across a scaling SaaS business: Go Nimbly.
- Specific workflows or internal tools across systems you already own: The Sparked Group or AY Automate.
- Salesforce marketing products: Sercante.
- Prospect data for outbound: ColdIQ.
Whoever you shortlist, ask the questions in our UK buyer's checklist for choosing an AI automation agency, and compare costs with our guide to how AI automation is priced. Whether an outside firm is the right call at all is covered in agency versus in-house.
If you want a second opinion on where your own systems break, send us a short brief and we will tell you whether we are the right firm, or which one on this list is.
